The care package is charged at £28 for the first hour & £20 p/h thereafter, with a minimum of 2 hours & no more than 5 hours booked in one day (unless otherwise arranged), on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Concessions available for those with genuine financial needs.

​Cancellation policy: payment required in full with less than 48 hours notice

BACS & cash payments accepted

Clients will be invoiced every 4 weeks and payments are required on receipt

Travel charges of £0.45 per mile are charged for errands requiring driving, & for travel more than 6 miles from my base. The Servant Heart is based in Heanor, Derbyshire.
