I most warmly support Helen in expanding her many talents and competencies. I have known her for some 15 years during which she has become a close friend as well as a reliable and dependable cleaner and domestic organiser.

One of Helen’s many strengths is her keen assessment of the most sensible and effective domestic layout which goes way beyond a mere preference for tidiness. I have found this very helpful.

Helen has been eager to develop an environmentally sensitive approach to cleaning, which has taught me many things from which I have benefited enormously.

I believe Helen was an angel that came to me at just the right time, and I would often tell her so too! I was so overwhelmed with how my house had got and she just came and organised everything, it was like a miracle had taken place! I found her to be wonderful company and we would have many an interesting conversation, and a good laugh too. No job was too much for her, she would help me out in all sorts of ways, collecting my prescriptions and doing the shopping, all the things I couldn't manage. She would even cook for me, she makes the best scrambled eggs I've ever tasted! She is professional & punctual, and her work is to high standards; she comes highly recommended by me. - Miss AD

It’s impossible to capture my gratitude for Helen’s work in a few lines, but here goes:

Ever since Helen started visiting my Dad, she’s made such a positive difference to his life. She’s been dependable, conscientious, caring and honest; always making sure to spend quality time with him, doing things like reading newspapers or looking at old photos together.

The result is a real relationship. My Dad loves having Helen around and looks forward to her visits. Initially, I asked Helen if she could help with cleaning around the house. Not only did she do that to a spotless standard, she showed how proactive and eager to help she was by doing a brilliant job in the garden too. And in the summer, she even left my Dad flowers in the house.

Truly, I can’t sing Helen’s praises enough. She never has to be told what to do. She just does it. With impeccable quality. And as cliché as it may sound, I really don’t know what I’d do without her, and I’d recommend her to anyone. - Mrs J C

Helen has been working for me for the past 7 years. During that time I have found her to be both careful and intelligent. She is meticulously honest, not only in money matters but in making sure that she works for the full time she is paid for.

She has also undertaken a few other jobs for me, in particular, spending a full day de-cluttering the garage which has been entirely full of rubbish and in the process, rescuing those things which are still in some use. She filled a large skip in one day. And while she was doing this, she sorted out the things that were to be kept and left them in very good order.

Helen has been a great help! I have so much trouble seeing past the clutter that I never know where to begin. She steers me gently through the chaos, helping me let go of unnecessary items with words of kindness and wisdom, until we find the beauty underneath it all. Helen has also been a tremendous help when we had to decorate my Dad's new house before moving him in. She arrived promptly, set to work cheerfully and completed the work efficiently. I would describe Helen as someone who is a conscientious, thoughtful, and considerate person. Helen performs her role diligently and her standard of work is exceptional! In terms of her personality, she is warm and friendly, yet also holds appropriate boundaries with people. 

I can tell you that she is one of the most honest and responsible people I have ever met, and she always goes over and beyond her duties; more importantly she respects my home.
